Robert Delaney, Owner and CEO

Bob Delaney, founder, inventor, and the genius behind the wipe, started Sterling Global Products in 2012, to address a need he recognized while working in the construction industry. �Having a lifetime of experience in real estate development and construction, Bob recognized the need for convenient, portable, flushable wipes wherever there are people – including on construction sites. �An engineer by nature, Bob decided to create the perfect solution, and Bob’s Butt Wipes were born. �He continues to serve as the primary sales contact for the organization, while overseeing all product design, coordination, and distribution. �Bob is truly the “man behind the wipe.” When not working 24/7 to make�sure the world knows about Sterling Global Products, Bob enjoys spending time with his wife Debbie, their three children, Bobby, Dominique, and Alexis, and enjoying the fishing, boating, and water recreation beautiful Southeast Louisiana has to offer.

Sarah Schultz, General Manager

�Sarah Schultz joined the Sterling Global Products team in the spring of 2015, bringing 20+ years of experience from a variety of different corporate cultures, including international banking, non-profit, and government positions. �Sarah’s diverse accomplishments make her the perfect fit to run the day-to-day operations of Sterling Global Products, and to lead the team to continued excellence. �A native of south Louisiana, Sarah has �lived across the entire Eastern United States, and brings that cultural diversity�to everything she does. �In addition, Sarah is very involved in the community, leading youth music programs,�and is a member of a�women’s philanthropy organization. �In her free time, she enjoys quality time with her children, boating,�and enjoying the world-class food Greater New Orleans has to offer.

Angie Dick, Shipping Coordinator

�Angie Dick is fairly new to Sterling Global products. Her primary role is serving as Shipping Coordinator, but she also provides support in every department. As a military wife of 18 years and mom of 4, she wears many hats in her personal life; therefore, she truly loves the fast pace and diverse requirements this position provides, learning something new every day! Angie’s professional background began after receiving her Bachelors in Early Childhood Education and Masters in Counseling Psychology.� She worked as a Foster & Adoption Case Manager and Play Therapist in San Diego, California for 3 years. After moving back to Louisiana, she worked as a Community Health Educator at a local non-profit hospital for 9 years. Her overall passion is to help improve the quality of life for her family, people in her community and beyond. She enjoys time with her family, mission work, geocaching, traveling, and yoga… all on the beach!

Jonathan Dixon, Sales Manager

Jonathan is a native of Mandeville, LA. He completed his Bachelor�s Degree at Southeastern Louisiana University in Kinesiology, and has been in sales and customer service for more than 5 years. When Jonathan isn�t breaking record sales, he enjoys coaching basketball and playing music in his spare time, as well as giving time to local charity events. He is always one call away from helping your business grow.
